A recent report has shown that poverty, and the current living crisis is taking it's toll on parents and their mental health. Stress and anxiety levels are on the rise as parents try to cover the increase cost of living, and provide for the families.

This week is childrens mental health week and to help play a small part in helping families in our local community, we have some half-term food packages to give to those in need. We have 18 packages in total for any families who are struggling. No child should ever go hungry, and no parent should ever feel like their best isn't enough. If you could benefit from a care package, please contact us by clicking here.

Each pack contains bread, cereal, fruit, yoghurts, tinned food, ham, cheese, crisps and a bottle of squash, all the essentials for breakfast and lunch.
