As part of our mission to encourage people to talk about their mental health we are please to announce that we are opening up a weekly Team Talk session.

These sessions will give people the opportunity to log on from the comfort of their own chosen location and be given a platform to talk about their mental wellbeing, share advice, swap stories and be presented with an outlet that provides a comfortable environment.

Talking about your feelings is a key component in taking charge of your mental wellbeing. It also reminds us that we are not alone and that help is always available should we need it. Talking about mental health breaks down the stigma and can provide inspiration for others to open and talk about their own feelings.

If you would like to join us, we will be holding Team Talk every Tuesday evening between 1930-2030 via Zoom. Please contact us for more information.
